Cyber web (cyberweb.click) is the website brand of CyberLab. CyberLab provides the service and is the name shown when paying by card.
These terms apply to the CyberLab website and free website development applications. CyberLab is the trading name of Rroni Adili, an independent freelancer based in North Macedonia. Contact: rroniadili12@gmail.com.
1. The free website offer
Our launch offer covers design and development for up to 50 accepted projects within a scope agreed in writing. Hosting is paid separately. Submitting a request is free, creates no payment obligation, and does not automatically reserve or guarantee a place. The availability counter is maintained manually by our team.
2. Review and project scope
We review your business description and discuss requirements by email. Before work begins, we agree on deliverables, revisions, required content, third-party services, and a timeline. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement. Delivery depends on timely content, access, and feedback from you.
3. Hosting and payment
Basic hosting costs USD $39 per month or $399 per year. Pro hosting costs USD $59 per month or $599 per year. Monthly and yearly periods are billed upfront. No payment is collected through the application form. We send a payment link after discussing your project and confirming the agreement.
Domain registration, payment processing, and third-party services may cost extra. Any applicable taxes, additional charges, and renewal arrangements are disclosed before payment. We do not activate recurring billing without your agreement.
4. Ownership, cancellation, and refunds
CyberLab retains ownership of the website design, code, and development work. You receive the use of the hosted website while your hosting subscription is paid; the free development offer does not transfer ownership or include a right to move the website code to another provider. Your own supplied content, branding, and any domain you register remain yours, subject to any third-party rights.
If hosting payments stop or become overdue, CyberLab may suspend hosting and take the website offline. Contact us promptly if you miss a payment or wish to cancel. Cancellation and renewal instructions will be confirmed before payment.
If you are unhappy with the website, you are eligible to request a refund. Hosting periods already provided are not refundable because that service has been delivered. Email us to arrange the refund of eligible charges and discuss cancellation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Your content and access
You must have permission to use the text, images, branding, and other materials you supply. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the application form. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business content.
6. Third-party services and outcomes
Domains, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, and integrations may be subject to their providers’ terms and availability. Search rankings, sales, bookings, and other business outcomes are not guaranteed. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise the same results for every business.
7. Website use
Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. We may decline requests that are unsuitable for the offer or outside our capacity.
8. Changes and questions
We may update these website terms. The published date identifies the current version. An existing project’s agreed terms are not changed retroactively by a website update. For questions, email rroniadili12@gmail.com.
