Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend delivers the confirmation and application emails. Our Gmail inbox receives and stores your inquiry and follow-up correspondence. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts, which means Google receives technical connection information when your browser requests them. Providers may process data outside North Macedonia under their applicable service terms and data protection arrangements.

4. Storage and retention

Applications are sent to our business inbox; this website does not maintain a separate customer database. We retain inquiry correspondence while assessing your request and following up. We periodically review old inquiries and delete information no longer needed. If you become a client, relevant correspondence may be kept for the service relationship and applicable legal obligations. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention practices.
